soft gelatin desert breaks off when you try to transfer it from the glass-mould to a desert dish. here is a prescription for it- rub edible oil or butter on the glass-mould. then wipe it off with a paper. afterwards, put the liquid gelatin inside it. wait till it cool down. then transfer into the desert dish, intact!
