Tips for Common Cold

Chicken soup, a warm bath and a sufficient supply of liquid from hot tea, water and juices often help the best for Coughs, colds and sore throats.

In any case,  only the symptoms of cold are treated. A strong chicken soup is nutritious and easier to digest than heavy meals. Air out the bedroom, bedding and the rooms where you are, regularly.

An evening bath relaxes and lets you sleep quietly. For sore throat tea with honey relieves the dysphagia. Steam baths  with chamomile and essential oils help nasal congestions.

Walks in the fresh air stimulates the circulation and supply the body with oxygen.

If you can’t cure after three days do not give your body time to cure the disease. From a harmless cold can otherwise be a chronic illness such as bronchitis.
