Follow these two tips so that you can try to make perfect coffee at home.
* Use this recipe: two tablespoons (10 grams) of ground coffee every six ounces (180 ml) of water. The water should be at a temperature close to boiling point (90 to 96 degrees Celsius). So you can extract the full range of coffee flavors.
* It is common to hear that coffee is best stored in the refrigerator, but that’s a big mistake. Light, oxygen, heat and humidity are their worst enemies. Inside the refrigerator, the moisture condenses on the coffee every time you open the package and ruins. To maintain freshness and flavor, should be stored in an opaque container, airtight at room temperature.
